Returns & Cancellations

 

Safe Shopping

Your safe and secure shopping experience is important to us. Your credit card transactions with us are 100% safe as our secure server software (SSL) is the e-commerce industry standard and encrypts all payment information when you make a purchase.

Financial information that is collected is only used for the current order and then destroyed never stored on our computers. Alternatively you can also checkout and pay with our friends at PayPal.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask customers to place a new order and then return the unwanted items.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • Most Items purchased from GamesTees.com can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them as noted. Buyer must contact Customer Service Department for the RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS.

 

  • We must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
  • All returns(except clothing) must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return. We are unable to refund shipping costs.
  • When returning any Clothing items that have been altered or washed cannot be returned.
  • If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return.
  • If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don’t want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Package returned to us marked “Refused”, “Undeliverable”, or otherwise, are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens). If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly input address, Games T-Shirts & Beyond is completely not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address

Please Note:

  • Inspection of the returned items can take 3 – 5 business days.
  • Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank’s credit processing time it could take 7-14 days to have your refund issued.
  • Buyer must return the items at your own expense.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.
  • We are unable to accept any returns on certain Electronics(Televisions, computers, ect.)Please contact  Customer Support.

Major Defects

All products are “First Quality” and sold as free of major defects. If there is a major defect with any of your items, contact gamestees.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please report your claim to our Customer Service Department.

Defective items would be replaced using the same shipping service chosen during checkout.

 

Cancellations & Changes

Due to our fast shipping, we can’t cancel or change an order once it is placed. Please contact our staff for help.

 

Estimated Dates

Delivery dates provided in your cart and checkout are estimated. All orders ship with either Ground service, FedEx, USPS, Amazaon and are not guaranteed. All orders are charged a shipping cost (if any) based on order total.
